Mercury is the original payment processing integrator, putting our technology into hundreds of POS systems for free. We pioneered a dealer-centric model for the sale of merchant services, instead of employing traditional distribution channels such as direct sales agents, independent sales groups, or agent banks. This model benefits merchants because it eliminates the need for salesmen who sell their payment processing and are never seen again, though they continue to make money on the merchant’s account. These middlemen are often not accountable when it comes to providing support, and have no contact with the merchant’s POS dealer, and no knowledge of the POS system functionality. Mercury changes that dynamic. Our unique business model eliminates third parties and allows POS vendors to become their merchants’ one-stop payment technology liaison. Mercury works closely with the dealer and the POS system developer, ensuring that everyone involved is knowledgeable about each merchant’s needs. Mercury also gave the industry its first card less loyalty solution that integrates mobile and social technology into POS systems. MercuryLoyalty™ is designed specifically for small — to medium-sized businesses to increase revenue and customer retention — helping put them on the same loyalty marketing playing field as big box retailers. Reporting and Settlement – Our MercuryView® portal provides instant access to live transaction and settlement reports. With MercuryView web reporting, you can quickly track and reconcile gift card activity across locations. Our flexible settlement options automatically reconcile
transactions between participating stores and affiliates.

Card Fulfillment Services – Mercury provides ongoing fulfillment for business to business (B2B) card inventory and business to consumer (B2C) card purchases via a hosted, merchant-branded website. For a B2B solution, Mercury maintains a supply of gift card stock for enterprise clients who require turnkey inventory management. For B2C, Mercury hosts a website with your “look and feel,” where customers can purchase gift cards, reload, and check card balances.

Online Gift Cards – MercuryGift On Demand™ boosts merchants’ sales and marketing efforts with single gift card sales and delivery, online value reload, and customer balance inquiry. Mercury hosts the online gift card service, and for most merchants, MercuryGift On Demand is
ready to go within two weeks of signing up.

Virtual eGift Cards – Giftango® is Mercury’s partner for virtual gift cards via email and mobile phone. Merchants offer consumers instant access to gift cards that can be printed or shown directly from a mobile phone. With our integrated solution, merchants who are integrated to
